Mopisan motor yedek parca san. Tic. A. S. Was established 50 years ago as an engine rebuilder located in Turkey, due to import diificulties of the spare parts after the second world war, mopisan had decided to produce its own parts in simple conditions. In 1970s the piston and liner production became as the main profession of mopisan and started to large investments.

Today around 500 employees are working at mopisan. At this moment mopisan is exporting to more than 68 countries all around the world. Mopisans production is %35 OEM and the rest is for aftermarket. Our main OEM customers are renault truck, deutz, renault, lister-petter, peugeot and lobardini. Also mopisan is a major supplier for federal mogul and perfect circle.

Mopisan being the leader manufacturer in this field produces 150.000 pcs of piston and liners. Our majority in Turkey will be set in a year in Izmir when our second factory is opened in Izmir agean free zone area. The difference is this factory going to produce for only OEM.

Our dimensional limit on parts are in a range of 50mm-200mm for pistons and liners. Our main group is %70 diesel applications, we are mainly producig %75 eurpean application, %15 American and %10 japanese and korean applications.

Beside piston and liner production we have a strategic joint venture with a japanese ring manfacture company. Our agreement is to develop rings, to make the inventory for our customers, to make the necessary assembly and to ship them to our customers based on technical drawings and samples.
